The terms for using TweetWizard

TweetWizard is operated by Waleed Salama. These Terms apply to all visitors, account holders, customers, and other users of the service.

If you use TweetWizard on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use TweetWizard. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. We may refuse, restrict, or reclaim usernames, account identifiers, or access if needed for legal, operational, or security reasons.

TweetWizard helps you develop content strategy and social posts by combining account context, profile inputs, AI-assisted idea generation, tweet drafting, scheduling, and publishing workflows.

TweetWizard is a tool, not a guarantee of performance, reach, engagement, platform approval, or business results. You remain responsible for reviewing what the product generates and for every post that is ultimately published through your connected account.

Certain features require you to connect accounts or services operated by third parties, including X and infrastructure or billing providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

You authorize TweetWizard to access and use the connected-account permissions you grant only to provide the requested product functionality, such as linking an account, generating account- aware content, scheduling posts, or publishing content on your behalf.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, access revocations, API limitations, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

You may not:

• use TweetWizard in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• circumvent account, billing, rate-limit, or security controls
• submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive content for generation or publishing
• use TweetWizard to send spam, impersonate others, or automate harmful activity on X or any other platform

We may investigate misuse and take protective action, including limiting access, removing content, suspending features, or terminating accounts where appropriate.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or similar to content generated for others. You must review and evaluate outputs before using or publishing them.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts, generated content, scheduled content, and published content comply with applicable law, platform policies, intellectual-property rights, and any obligations you owe to others.

Some TweetWizard features may require payment, a subscription, or a credits balance. If you purchase a paid plan or credits, you agree to the pricing, billing cadence, and usage rules presented at checkout or in the product.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing, plan structure, or credit packaging in the future, but any such change will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

TweetWizard and its underlying software, design, branding, and service materials are owned by TweetWizard or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

As between you and TweetWizard, you retain ownership of the input content you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the outputs generated for you by the service. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use does not violate third-party rights or platform rules.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation to improve the service.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access for reasons including:

• violations of these Terms or applicable law
• conduct that creates risk for TweetWizard, our providers, or other users
• non-payment or abuse of billing, credits, or promotional access
• provider-side restrictions, suspensions, or platform policy violations tied to your usage

You may stop using TweetWizard at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms, will survive.

TweetWizard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every workflow or jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetWizard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may update TweetWizard, discontinue features, or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of TweetWizard after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
