How TweetWizard handles personal information

Last updated April 2, 2026

TweetWizard is operated by Waleed Salama. This Privacy Policy explains how TweetWizard collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, create an account, connect an X account, generate content, manage billing, or contact support.

1. Information we collect

We collect information directly from you, from the services you connect to TweetWizard, and automatically through the product and website.

Account and identity data. When you create an account or sign in, we collect information such as your email address, display name, and profile image so we can create and secure your account.

Connected X account data. When you connect an X account, we collect basic account details such as your X user ID, screen name, display name, profile image, and the credentials needed to complete the connection and publish content on your behalf when you ask us to.

Profile and workflow data. We store the persona, audiences, tones, content ideas, generated tweets, scheduling information, publish history, and related product settings associated with your connected account.

AI generation inputs and outputs. When you use TweetWizard's AI-assisted features, we process the prompts and product context required to generate audiences, ideas, and tweets, along with the returned outputs and usage metadata.

Billing and transaction data. If you purchase a plan or add-ons, we collect information such as your selected plan, subscription status, credits balance, transaction history, and the contact details needed to complete checkout. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly by TweetWizard.

Support communications. If you contact support, we may collect your messages and any identifying details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, or account details.

Device, usage, and diagnostic data. We collect limited device, browser, usage, referral, consent, and diagnostic information to operate the service, understand product usage, prevent abuse, and monitor errors.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and secure your account and keep you signed in
  • link and manage your X account
  • generate audiences, ideas, and tweet drafts for you
  • schedule and publish tweets when you instruct us to do so
  • provide billing, subscription, and credit management
  • respond to support requests and improve customer service
  • measure product usage and marketing performance
  • debug errors, monitor performance, and protect the service
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, rights, and security policies

3. Cookies, local storage, analytics, and advertising

TweetWizard uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, consent management, analytics, support, and product functionality.

Strictly necessary technologies. We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the website and app secure, remember your sign-in state, and provide core product functionality.

Consent and geolocation. We store your consent choices on your device and use limited location-based information to determine whether consent prompts are required in your region. We currently ask for consent again after approximately 12 months.

Analytics and measurement. We use analytics and marketing measurement tools to understand how people use TweetWizard and how our marketing performs. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. Where required by law, they run only after you grant consent.

Session recording. If you consent to analytics, we may use session replay tools to understand product behavior and troubleshoot usability issues. We configure these tools to reduce the collection of sensitive content where possible.

You can revisit your choices at any time by using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

4. AI processing

TweetWizard uses third-party AI services to power features such as audience generation, idea generation, and tweet drafting. To do that, we may send the content and instructions needed to generate the output you request, such as your persona text, selected audiences, ideas, tones, and draft content.

We use the OpenAI API in its business/API context. OpenAI states in its API privacy materials that API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default unless a customer explicitly opts in.

Because AI features work by processing the content you provide, do not submit sensitive personal information to TweetWizard unless it is genuinely necessary for the task you want the product to perform.

5. When we share information

We share information only as needed to run TweetWizard, complete transactions, comply with the law, or protect our rights and users.

Categories of third parties we use include:

  • authentication and account-management providers
  • hosting and infrastructure providers
  • AI processing providers
  • X (Twitter) for account linking and publishing on your behalf
  • payment, subscription, and billing providers
  • analytics and advertising partners
  • error-monitoring and diagnostics providers
  • customer-support tools

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents. If TweetWizard is ever involved in a merger, sale, financing, or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. If advertising or analytics technologies are treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain privacy laws, we rely on the consent and control mechanisms described in this policy where required.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, support scheduled publishing, comply with financial and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

In practice, that means account, profile, content, and billing records may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Some records, such as billing transactions, fraud-prevention logs, and webhook records, may be retained longer when required for audit, tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

We may also keep aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.

7. International transfers

TweetWizard and the third-party services we use may process data in countries other than the one where you live. By using TweetWizard, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose privacy laws may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.

Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures to protect transferred data.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, or update account information
  • request deletion of your account or certain personal data, subject to legal or operational retention needs
  • disconnect a linked X account and stop future publishing activity
  • manage analytics and advertising consent from the Cookie Preferences link in the footer
  • object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law gives you that right
  • request a copy of the personal data you provided to us where portability rights apply

You can update some account information directly through the product. For privacy requests that you cannot complete yourself, contact us through the support chat available in TweetWizard. If you do not have product access, use the public contact options listed on tweetwizard.ai.

9. Children's privacy

TweetWizard is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to TweetWizard, contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the product or on the website.
