### How are monthly credits calculated and used?

Monthly credits are calculated based on the plan you choose. Each AI action, such as generating ideas or tweets, consumes a certain number of credits mentioned on its button (mostly 1 credit). Once you exhaust your monthly credits, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase add-on credits. Non-AI actions don't consume credits.

### Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply visit the billing section under your account settings to change your plan.

### Do unused monthly credits roll over to the next month?

No, unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. Your monthly credit allocation resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, add-on credits have a longer validity period and do not expire at the end of the month.

### What happens if I consume all my monthly credits?

If you consume all your monthly credits, you have the option to purchase add-on credits to continue using the service until your next billing cycle or upgrade your plan.

### If I have credits expiring soon, will they be used first?

Yes, credits that are expiring sooner will be used first to ensure that you make the most of your credits.

### Is there a limit to the number of Twitter accounts I can connect?

The number of Twitter accounts you can connect varies depending on your plan. Please refer to the pricing page for details on account limits for each plan.

### What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay from customers worldwide. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Cash App Pay and Bank debits (e.g. ACH).

Some of these payment methods are only available on certain devices or in certain locations. Our checkout will automatically show available payment methods to each customer.

For subscription products we only support cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal at this time.

### Is there a free trial available?

Currently, we do not offer a free trial. However, when you sign up, you will be provided with free credits to try the basic features of the app.

### Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
